Event Description

Our curriculum is designed to provide preschoolers the opportunity to explore the wonderful world of sports and physical activity in a fun and non-competitive environment. Through the introduction of a variety of sports, games and activities, we focus on key gross motor skill development (running, kicking, bouncing, throwing, jumping, etc.), basic balance, agility and sportsmanship. Participating in a class such as Kidokinetics has many benefits including improved coordination and concentration, increased muscle tone and cardio-vascular fitness and confidence! Introducing physical activity early helps to build a foundation of skills so that kids can continue to be active as they grow. We make physical activity FUN!

Special Instructions

Annual Enrollment fee includes t-shirt and water bottle. We pick the kids up at dismissal and you pick up at 1:45pm.
